This lotion is amazing! It has a great texture & an amazing smell. The magnesium is actually amazing at relieving aches and pains. I’ve used this for muscle aches after working out, headaches, and for my feet after standing for hours. I love the way this lotion feels. I don’t have a problem sleeping but it might be nice to use for those that do. I will definitely buy more for myself & for gifts! This is a must have.
