HOW TO USE:

Shake well before use ! and gently push down on the disc dispenser and the solution will rise to the surface instantly. Use a cotton pad to absorb the liquid and apply to desired area. Reapply until cotton pad becomes free of dirt, oil & makeup. (Rinsing with water is optional).
